"As of July 1st, 2009 Cactus Weapons Systems is under new management. I, Franklin Hargrove, long time coatings mans, gunsmith apprentice and competitive shooter here at Cactus Weapons have taken over ownership of the company. While being employed at Cactus for 4 years I was in charge of helping build and QC the rifles that left our facility. As many in our shooting community may know or have heard, our company while building some of the worlds most reliable and down right accurate tactical and hunting rifles on the market suffered horribly from both bad business techniques and communication between itself and our customers. As a result of these negative business actions I took a year leave from the company because I did not approve of the way our customers were being treated. Fortunately I was able to purchase the company from its owners and able to begin my dream of owning my own precision rifle company. I realize that many customers were wronged and mistreated in the past and while I cannot correct these past injustices I apologize for them. Being an honest person and one of my word, I am here to say that while the name at this time is the same the customer service and communication will be above and beyond that which it once was. Here at Cactus Weapons we are known for our accuracy and dependability. While these aspects of our company remain constant the new face and attitude associated with them will be second to none. It is my goal and that of my company to provide weapon systems and customer service second to none in the industry.
